AD

History

AD is a small independent project assembled by Guadalajara hospitality figure Javier 'El Impostor' Rodríguez together with a group of distillers, artists and restaurateurs. Produced at the celebrated Cascahuín distillery in El Arenal, it debuted with a 2020 blanco called The Vision, and the team deliberately makes each batch different from the last, treating the brand as a rotating series of one-off expressions.
