History

Caton is a special-release tequila line from Caton Importing LLC, the Chicago-area company behind the Verified Pure Cambio Tequila brand created by chef and restaurateur John des Rosiers. Caton Blanco has appeared as limited editions, including a Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field stadium bottling, made from highland agave in Jalisco.
