Don Vicente
History
Don Vicente is a Mexican family-owned label made at Destilería El Pandillo in Jesús María under master distiller Felipe J. Camarena, a third-generation distiller and sixth-generation agave farmer whose family line reaches back to 1861. The brand leans on El Pandillo's reputation as one of Mexico's most sustainable and inventive distilleries, with brick-oven cooking, tahona milling and open-air fermentation.
