History

El Desorden is a tequila produced at Destiladora Jarro Viejo (NOM 1673) in the southern Los Altos highlands of Jalisco. The blanco is made from Blue Weber agave cooked in masonry ovens, fermented with rum yeast and double-distilled in a stainless pot with a copper coil, showing cooked-agave, caramel and butterscotch character.
