History

Gran Dovejo began in 2009 as a lifetime passion project and is produced at the Feliciano Vivanco distillery in Arandas, in the highlands' golden triangle, where the Vivanco family has grown agave for over five generations. Master distiller Sergio Cruz oversees a small-batch process built on estate-grown agave, 36-hour brick-oven roasting, and double distillation in copper pot stills.
