Herencia de Villa is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila currently produced at Compañía Tequilera Hacienda la Capilla (NOM 1479) in the southern Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, having previously been bottled under several other NOMs. It uses autoclave cooking, roller-mill extraction and double distillation in copper pot stills, and is documented mainly as a Blanco.
