History
Lagrimas del Valle, 'Tears of the Valley', is a single-ranch, vintage-dated tequila project made with master distiller Salvador 'Chava' Rosales Trejo, third generation of the family behind Tequila Cascahuín, whose distilling tradition dates to 1904. Launched with the 2022 Palo Verde vintage, each release is distilled from agave off one named ranch to show how location, elevation and soil change the spirit.
