Siembra Alteño

History

Siembra Alteño is Siembra Spirits' highland line, born of a decades-long friendship between founder David Suro and master distiller Carlos Camarena, and made at the Camarena family distillery in the Arandas highlands. It draws on iron-rich crimson soil and copper alembic stills to chase historical highland flavors, honoring the jimador families whose fieldwork underpins the spirit.
