Siembra Valles
History
Siembra Valles is Siembra Spirits' lowlands expression, distilled at the historic family-owned Destilería Cascahuín with third-generation tequilero Salvador 'Chava' Rosales Trejo, near the lightning-drawing Cascahuín mountain, the 'hill of light'. Single-estate agave grown in volcanic soil gives it the earthy, mineral-driven character bartenders prize, with limited earthen-pit-cooked and Aniversario releases honoring the distillery's founder.
