Tierra de Ensueño
History
Tierra de Ensueño, 'land of dreams', is a small-batch highland tequila grown on a 3,000-acre estate sitting above 7,000 feet in the Jalisco highlands. Led by tequila maestro Sergio Cruz and master blender Oscar Vasquez, the team pairs stone-brick ovens and copper pot distillation, using nothing beyond agave, water and yeast, with modern twists such as resting its blanco in rare wheated-bourbon casks.
