History

Valor was founded by Christiane Maertens, who comes from a line of farmers and agronomists and discovered a family link to agave fields while researching traditional tequila-making. Produced with a family-owned distillery in Jalisco from six-year-matured Blue Weber agave, the brand channels 10% of every bottle to community needs in Jalisco through its Gente Buena Foundation, with the pollinating hummingbird as its emblem.
