Zumbador comes from the López family, fourth-generation agave growers within the extended Camarena family tree, whose Las Presas estate in Jesús María spans 1,000 acres planted with 1.5 million agaves. Master tequilero Roberto López Anaya oversees every step at the estate's El Sabino distillery, from stone-oven cooking and tahona extraction through double distillation, and the brand pointedly markets itself as celebrity-free, with the hummingbird as its symbol.
